The FoodLab consists of three food industry veterans; Gabriel Cole opened three Google kitchens and held positions with La Cocina and the Slow Food Nation. He’s now an Alameda County Certified Small Business Development Center (SBDC) consultant and founder and proprietor of Fare Resources. Mark Walker was a founding Partner in Global Gourmet Catering, acting as CEO, Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations, Mark opened and operated a high volume catering facility that became the first Green Certified major caterer in the Bay Area. Matt Cohen, founder and proprietor of Off the Grid, has mobilized the largest fleet of food trucks in Northern California to bring consistent and affordable street food back to the Bay Area.
